Kjiel

About Me

I’m a Doctoral Candidate at the Warrington College for Business, University of Florida focused on Pre-Executive Coaching and Curriculum.

After 27 years working in Retail, Home Services, Supply Chain and Logistics I realized there was a gap in the team development cycle.

Executives have Executive Coaches. HR is focused on the development and retention of frontline employees. No one has been focused on the development at the pre-executive level.

Kjiel would be a great asset to any organization who wants to grow and modernize they way they are doing business. His ability to find opportunities for automation and streamlining business processes are a real gift that many companies just don’t have.
— Garrick Ballentine, Chief Revenue Officer, Doxel
When my company had a software installation to do for a big customer, we were lucky to have Kjiel working for that customer.
— Corey Holton, EVP and Founder, Evosus
Kjiel was also invaluable to our nascent company culture. He has the rare combination of being a natural leader and the curiosity and humility of a life-long learner. At Winc he was both a mentor and quick study of any new discipline he was asked to step into.

continues today. His management and leadership approach was focused on the individual and their unique strengths and opportunities.
